A family restaurant built on a dream that you brought over from Puglia, with a group of friends who believed in it enough to follow you all the way to London. That says something about the people, and it says something about the food.
Years later, most of those same people are still here, at the bar, in the kitchen, at the door. That’s not something you can manufacture. It’s what this place is.
The food is rooted in the south of Italy. Orecchiette with cime di rapa. Burrata made the Puglian way. Focaccia baked fresh every day. Wine from producers we know by name: Schola Sarmenti, Bonsegna, Birra Salento. Real food from real places.

Friends believed in my project and followed me from Puglia to make it happen. Years later, they’re still here. That is something I am proud of every single day.

We are an independent restaurant. The food and drink here comes from people we know: Birra Salento, Schola Sarmenti winery, Bonsegna winery, Eurofood. Not a supply chain. A relationship.
