The kitchen runs on the food we know from home. From Puglia, in the south of Italy. Handmade pasta. Stone-baked pizza. Seafood simply done. Everything cooked with attention, not theatre.

Our story
My father was one of the last men to plough Puglia’s rich red earth with a horse. That image, his hands in the soil, is where all of this started.
